XT-G High Speed Printer Slotter Die Cutter Machine

Function and Characteristics:
■ International famous brand electric parts and computer software was used in the whole machine ,top-quality and steady; Computer order storage and adjustment , faster order update and convenient operation.( It can storage the 999 order in the computer).
■ Complete machine baffle and important parts used the temper for decrease the metal internal force ; and that parts was made by high precision process center and grinded by digit-controlled grinder.
■ All the transmission axle and roller are made by the high-quality steel, temper, and dynamic balance; plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
■ All the transmission gear was used the 20CrMnTi alloy steel, which is grinded after heat-treatment, rigidity HRC58-62 , and it was made by rubbing ,6 grade precision , it still maintains the high topping precision.
■ The transmission place (connected with the axle and gear), which adopts the hand-free connecting ring to eliminate the interval , suitable for long-term high speed running.
■ The important transmission bearing was adopted strengthen model bearing ,handy to maintenance, suitable for long-term to used.
■ The whole machine undergoes the spray lubrication , intuitionist show setting ,setting the double oil pipe balance system

Functions of Feeding Department:

■ Electrically controlled the connecting and separated for the every unit with alarm to ensure the operator safety during its proceeding.
■ The left and right baffle, kick feeding, back baffle was adopted electric and computer numerical control adjustment.
■ Brush and the top suction device at the inlet which can clear away the impurity from the paper face to improve the printing quality.
■ Mainframe was controlled by the frequency conversion ,start-up and running steady , which can save the power about the 30%.
■ Infrared photoelectricity counter can presetting the order paper quantity .
■ One lock function for whole machine ,which can avoid the damaged the machine with error operation( Main motor start running ,every unit will be lock automatic )
■ Option the continuum or skip feeding .
■ Pressure model elasticity feeding rubber roller ,which can not to damaged the strength for corrugated cardboard; Down feeding roller :hard Chrome plated and embossed.
■ Outside baffle and slotting move simultaneity it can finished the adjustment for the mend side and not mend side , which is save the time ,and it add the flap function, which made the cardboard orientation more exact, avoid to waste.
■ 10' Color touch screen can control feeding ,printing ,slotting ,die cutting with zero at one time ,memory reposition, the running speed can 60,80,100,120 fix speed running.
■ Option:kick feeding paper or lead edge feeding paper.

Functions of Printing Department:

■ All the axle and roller was used the high grade steel, computer dynamic balance; eliminate the centrifugal effect, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface.
■ Printing phases was adopted the planetary gear structure ,PLC touch screen control and the electric digit 360° adjustment(stop, running can adjustment)
■ Printing roller landscape orientation was adopted the touch screen control, and electric digit adjustment,the adjustment scope is 10mm.
■ Oil inspect function, alarm ring when need oil .
■ Hanging plate device, total hanging and half hanging slotting notch , foot switch control the clockwise and counter-clockwise, fast to fixing and take down the plate.
■ Fixing the oil interval, printing pressure roller ,lead roller interval were used the fast free spanner adjustment.
■ Printing phase fix was used the pneumatic brake structure ,the brake structure will stop the mainframe running when the every unit separated, which can keep the origin gear fix position can not move.
■ Reposition function, computer memory printing plate position, which can automatic reposition when scrub the plate.
■ Rubber roller,and the surface wrapped wear rubber,special grinding effect of transfer ink.
■ Steel anilox roller, steel face chrome, pressure the anilox and rigid chrome, (option ceramic anilox roller).

Functions of Slotting Department:

■ All the carton size, height and phase was adjustment by computer ,man-machine interface, save time and energy, improved the working efficiency, the computer can storage the 999 order.
■ Double slotting structure , big diameter pressure wheel, which can made the best effect for the boxes.
■ Slotting tool rest ,pressure wheel ,repair side knife was adopted the ball bearing for straight line guide rail when horizontal movement, which can made the high precision, more flexible movement and accurate orientation for the upper and lower cutting , lengthen the service life for the scraper.
■ The elastic tangential scraper structure could cut off three and five layer cardboard without any adjustment.
■ Slotting knife was choice with the high quality alloy steel, which made the rigidity and tenacity was best when heat treatment, it can suitable long-term used.
■ It could be equipped with portable punching die holder.

Functions of Die Cutting Department:

■ The die cutter phase is controlled by computer and electric digit.
■ The die cutting scraper could be adjusted horizontally with computer and electric digit control ranging from 10mm.
■ The glue roller cuts the trimming mechanism and the cushion could be used for many times and save the use cost to a great deal.
■ The cushion roller mechanical, horizontal and facility from +30mm to -30mm could raise the service life of the cushion of the die-cutting.
■ Used the die cutting equalizer, providing wire-speed compensation, be ensure the carton forming same size after repair the rubber.
