Function of printing Department：
■All the axle and roller was used the high grade steel, computer dynamic balance; Eliminate the centrifugal effect, plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;
■Printing phases was adopted the planetary gear structure , the electric digit 360°adjustment, show the digit (stop, running can adjustment);
■Printing roller landscape orientation was adopted the touch screen control, and electric digit adjustment, the adjustment scope is 10mm;
■Pneumatic pump supply the ink;
■Hanging plate device, total hanging and half hanging slotting notch, foot switch control the clockwise and counter-clockwise, fast to fixing and take down the plate;
■Fixed ink gap, printing pressure roller gap using computer adjustment;
■Printing phase fix was used the pneumatic brake structure ,the brake structure will stop the mainframe running when the every unit separated ,which can keep the origin gear fix position can not moved.

■The adjustable drying temperature control system
■Adopt the infrared ray way (ultraviolet ray optional match) to quickly dry the water-based ink on the surface of the printed matter, avoiding the appearance of dropping ink and affecting the glazing effect.
■The drying system would not cause a fire when an emergency stop happens, and you can adjust the drying width according to your need to save electric power.
Function of Varnishing Department:
■The structure of this unit is the same with printing unit, and it also can be called the 7th printing unit. Both water-based varnish oil and UV varnish oil can be used
Function of Die-cutting Department：
■ Independent servomotor drive and control, automatic return-to-zero, and printing precision would not be affected by cutting force.
■ Automatic speed difference compensation device, linear speed difference due to abrasion of anvil mats can be compensated automatically, which ensures the same linear speed between
tool cylinder and anvil cylinder as well as die-cutting precision.
■ Anvil trimmer and automatic transverse transfer of anvil cylinder can prolong lifespan of anvil mats effectively.
■ The glue roller cuts the trimming mechanism and the cushion could be used for many times and save the use cost to a great deal.
